Scientific activity

Our team’s main activity is precision measurements using atom interferometers. Comparison of these measurements with those obtained by other experiments and with theoretical predictions enables us to test the Standard Model. At the same time, we are exploring new approaches to improving the sensitivity and accuracy of atomic interferometers. We are currently working in two areas: the first involves refining the assessment of systematic biases using a Bose-Einstein condensate, while the second concerns the development of atomic separators with high pulse transfer, as well as separators exploiting a one-photon transition in the ytterbium atom.
