Control And Geometry (CAGE)
Scientific activities
CAGE is an Inria team whose main domain of expertise is mathematical control theory, and more precisely geometric control. One important axis of research of the team since several years is quantum control. Our main contributions in the field concern the characterization of controllable quantum systems and the development of motion planning algorithms based both on fast oscillating and adiabatic controls. CAGE works on the improvement of quantum control strategies, especially for what concerns quantum systems evolving in infinite-dimensional Hilbert spaces.
